Feldenkrais has this evocative phrase that has really sparked something in me over many years: "a healthy person can live their unavowed dreams."
- I think that means dreams that haven't yet made it to a conscious avowal...
- Not 'disavowed' dreams, which would mean a vow taken then discarded.
- but 'unavowed,' like something buried that hasn't yet been unearthed or remembered.
That phrase was part of how I ended up going down a dream path with Marc Bregman, to try to find my soul or something about my essence.
Tasshin's idea of a vow was important to me in 2025.
Vows are also in the zone of 'soul contracts.'
Laura Lynne Jackson talks about related stuff in [[The light between us (2015)#^3e9654]]: "We must learn to recognize our own light. We must always let our truths and gifts and light guide our paths.”
